Panel Bender Frame
The frame adopts a high-precision temperature-controlled furnace, and the tempering heat treatment annealing modulation is carried out according to the temperature curve corresponding to the material, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall accuracy of the machine. Many advantages such as carbon dioxide shielded welding, no internal defects, and minimal spatter. |
Universal bending tool They are made of high-strength alloy/die steel and have got through dozens of procedures including solid forging, tempering and quenching. With high abrasive resistance and long lifetime, the whole machine can bend for more than one million times and need minimum tool replacement. Machine standard tools include: a set of pressing plate tools (including foldable side horn tools), working tools, and bending tools*2, which can meet different bending processing capabilities. |

Positioning pushing device will place the plate to be folded in the X and Y directions, which can realize the pre-positioning between the plate and the machine tool. There are two groups of positioning blocks, which can locate the corner and the edge respectively. The combination has nine positioning functions, and the Y direction of the left and right positioning seat can be adjusted (+50mm) to adapt to the positioning function of various sheets. |
